Very Satisfied with the Benefits

I have been taking “The Good Fat” for about a year, and it is good for helping to control cholesterol levels. Also, it’s beneficial for joint stiffness. The supplement has no fishy taste and no fish burping aftertaste. I have tried other brands and cheaper oils and have not been satisfied. “The Good Fat” is a great quality product.
